Buying Akha Crafts Items with the On-line Catalog

On-line Akha Crafts Center purchases can be made via PayPal, Google Checkout, or credit card

All items shown in the Akha Crafts on-line catalog can be ordered by using the following steps:

1. Open an Akha Crafts item category "album" (such as "Home Items") to see the products it contains.
2. Decide which item (or items) you'd like to buy.
3. Go to the category's on-line Shopping Cart by using the "Click HERE to purchase any of these items" link at the top of the album page.
4. Select the item(s) you'd like to buy, the quantity, and (if applicable) the item color-code.
5. Click on the "BUY NOW" button beneath an item listed to place it in your on-line shopping cart shown in a new window.
6. Then click on the "CONTINUE SHOPPING" button to return to the category's shopping cart to buy more items in the same category, or to return to the on-line catalog to see Akha Crafts items in a different category

   Click on the "CHECKOUT" button to pay for the item(s) you've placed in your shopping cart, then complete your order by using your credit card or Paypal to pay for the item(s).

Akha Crafts Center item prices shown under the on-line catalog Gallery photos are in U.S. dollars. A 20 percent handling/shipping fee is added to the total of items in your shopping cart when you complete your on-line purchase.

Custom orders for Akha Crafts items can also be placed by clicking here to send an email to the Akha Crafts Center in Chiang Rai, Thailand. Include in the body of your email message the Akha Crafts Center ordering code, item name, color-code(s), and any special-order requests. An email message from the Akha Crafts Center will be returned to you indicating the price and estimated delivery date of your special order. You will need to reply to this message accepting the price and delivery date before your special order is completed.

NOTE: All proceeds from the sale of these items go to the Akha hilltribe women who do item hand-stitching, and to pay for the staff/operating expenses of the Akha Crafts Center in Chiang Rai, Thailand overseen by American Baptist missionary Ruth Fox where the item assembly is done.
